First we have to distribute -3 on 5h and -1/2

That is,

=\frac{7}{2}h-15h+ \frac{3}{2}

Now we have to combine the like terms, that is

= \frac{7h-30h}{2} + \frac{3}{2} = - \frac{23h}{2} + \frac{3}{2}

answer~ -23/2h+3/2
