Answer:

Slope intercept form is y=mx+b

m= the slope

b= the y intercept

so basically if I had a slope of 3/1 and a y intercept of 7 and I wanted to write it in slope intercept form I would put:

y=3x+7

if your y intercept is a negative, you would just put -b instead of +b

If you wanted to graph it:

-slope is the rise over run

-y intercept is where a line meets the y axis
