We multiply through with
4z(4z+1)


4z(4z+1)*(3)/(4z)-4z(4z+1)*(1)/(4z+1)=4z(4z+1)*(2)/(4z+1)


3(4z+1)-4z=8z


12z+3-4z=8z


12z-4z-8z=-3


0=-3
