Answer: X = -7/2

Step-by-step explanation: 1. Write out your equation you wanna solve

9X - 2 = 11X + 5

2. Subtract -9X on both sides

9X (-9X) -2 = 11X (-9X) + 5 = -2 = 2X + 5.

3. Subtract -5 off of both sides

-2 (-5) = 2X + 5 (-5) = -7 = 2X (<-- Make your -2 a +2)

4. Divide -7 = 2X by 2!!!

-7/2 = 2X/2

5. Write your answer

X = -7/2

Good luck and I hope this helps you out!! Byeee!
