y= 3/2 +− 2/5x now just disrbuite

Explanation:

y=mx+b

5x+2y=3

first divide

{ (5x)/(2) } + (2y)/(2) = (3)/(2)

(5x)/(2) + y = (3)/(2)

subtract

(5x)/(2)

and put on other side
