Using the slope-intercept form
y=mx+b
You find m=3 so your answer would be 3

y=mx+b

slope is also m

b is the y-intercept

-3x+y=7

move -3x to the other side

sign changes from -3x to +3x

-3x+3x+y= 3x+7

y= 3x+7

Answer:

3
