Answer:

Polynomial in standard form will be
-2x^3+5x^2-16x

Explanation:

We have given polynomial
2x^2-x^3-9x+1-(x^3+7x-3x^2+1)

We have to write this polynomial in standard form

For writing in standard form we have to first subtract the polynomial and then rearrange the order

So
2x^2-x^3-9x+1-(x^3+7x-3x^2+1)=2x^2-x^3-9x+1-x^3-7x+3x^2-1=-2x^3+5x^2-16x

So polynomial in standard form will be
-2x^3+5x^2-16x
