The populist movement has a political orientation that aims to support the farmers on the issues of agricultural production and price regulation. On the other hand, the temperance movement was to end the alcohol intoxication and other ills comes with it. Both of the movement are the mass movements which gathered a huge number of supporters but dies with time.
