Answer: Speak to the audience (be conversational)

Be as simple and precise to the point as possible

Step-by-step explanation:

The listener is an important element in the news broadcast whatever is said through the media should speak to the audience .

Even though the writting is directed to thousands or even millions of people however it is a great strategy to make is personal as when speaking to the person directly.

The style must then be conversational and simple.

In newspaper a reader is able to reread their favourite stories or stories of interest however during news bulletin they can not go back to listen again to the point they might have missed , the information must flow linearly so that they don't end up trying to find the information during the broadcast which will be impossible.

The information must be simple that they don't get confused by what is being said , a simple story is easy to grasp than one which is complicated.

Speak to the audience directly in simple terms as if you were actual talking to them in person.
