When managing your health behavior you not only become actively strong but mentally strong. Being actively strong and being able to go to the gym / run up some stairs things like that that’s one thing. But being mentally strong enough to do it, is a whole different person. You’re always actively training your brain to do certain things at certain times, but when put into bad habits your health behavior goes down a lot more.
Ex: eating chips, sitting on the bed watching Netflix everyday after school is not a healthy behavior.
When you put your habits into check, and eat healthier foods, get a little bit of exercise everyday, be active with family/friends.
Your life turns into a whole new you.
Being lazy and not having good habits and make you have depression or inappropriate thoughts.
But active and acting on health behaviors you’re putting a pep in your step every single morning.
