Agrarian society is that economy which mainly relies on agriculture. These types of societies were in existence during medieval period. Though people in agrarian society accept other occupation, their main focus will be upon agriculture, farmland and earning livelihood from plantations and working in fields.
In this society, peasant is viewed to be self-sufficient and this society also paves way for rigid disparities based on ethnicity and race. The basic fertility of land is maintained by the use of biomass and the natural source of energy is converted into electricity.
These people live according to nature, rely on nature and form their own lands for which they are the sole owners.
