Explanation:

The greates common factor between 7 and 14 is 7 so you know that one of the terms is going to be 7....but what times 7 equals 14...2

So we know that in one set of parentheses its going to be (something +2) and in another (something +7)

Well if we know that one is going to be 2, how do we go from 2 to 2
x^(2).....2 times
x^(2) equals
2x^(2)

So now we know that one set of parentheses is going to be (something + 2) times (
x^(2)+7)

So lastly, we have to find out how to get
x^(3) but since we already have a
x^(2) in the second set of parentheses all we have to do is put a x in the first set because x times
x^(2) = x^(3)
