Hey!

-------------------------------------------------

Question #1:

To make a straight line two angles need to add up and equal 180°

If m∠2 equals 146°

Then m∠7 equals 180 - 146°

Answer: 34°

-------------------------------------------------

Question #2:

To make a straight line two angles need to add up and equal 180°

If m∠8 equals 49°

Then m∠7 equals 180 - 49 = 131°

Since L1 and L2 are parallel we can see that all the angles are the same each line.

Answers:

1 is 131°

2 is 49°

3 is 131°

4 is 49°

5 is 131°

6 is 49°

7 is 131°

-------------------------------------------------

After solving both questions you are correct!

-------------------------------------------------

Hope This Helped! Good Luck!

First picture:

2 and 7 are alternate exterior angles, which when added together need to equal 180 degrees.

Angle 7 = 180 - 146 = 34

Answer is B.34

Second picture:

Angle 8 = 48

Angle 8 + angle 7 = 180

Angle 7 = 180 - 49 = 131

Angle 5 and angle 7 are vertical angle, so angle 5 = angle 7 = 131

Angle 6 is a vertical angle to angle 8 so = 49

Angle 1 = angle 5 = 131

Angle 2 = angle 6 = 49

Angle 3 = angle 7 = 131

Angle 4 = angle 8 = 49
