Answer:

x-intercept= -6 & y-intercept = 8

Explanation:

To find the intercepts you just have to put the opposite value as 0 in the equation.

X-intercept:

-4x + 3(0) = 24

Y-intercept:

-4(0) + 3y = 24

Everything times 0 is 0, so it cancels out.

Then it is just simple dividing.

Future reminder:

Just remember this (x,y)

-X-intercept point (?,0)

-Y-intercept point (0,?)

? = any number

basically you just take the number beside x or y and divide it by the number that is behind the equal sign.
