Ar which root does the graph of P(x) = (x + 4)(x + 7) cross the x-axis?

x=-4 and x=-7 is the answer for this one

Answer:

(-4,0)(-7,0)

Explanation:

The x axis is crossed when y = 0.

That happens in two places.

x +4=0 is one place

x = - 4 when it does.

x + 7 =0 is the other.

x = - 7
