I do not see the highlighted digit, but I will put it this way. 1 in the hundred millions place is worth 100,000,000, 3 in the ten millions place is worth 30,000,000, 5 in the millions place is worth 5,000,000, 6 in the hundred thousands place is worth 600,000, 3 in the ten thousnads place is worth 30,000, 4 in the thousands place is worth 4,000, 5 in the hundreds place is worth 500, 5 in the tens place is worth 50, and 4 in the ones place is worth 4.
