we know that

m∠FGH=75°

m∠FGH=m∠FGJ+m∠JGH

so

75°=m∠FGJ+m∠JGH ------> equation A

If the ray GJ is the angle bisector of angle FGH

then

m∠FGJ=m∠JGH ----> equation B

substitute equation B in equation A and solve for m∠FGJ

75°=2(m∠FGJ)

Divide by 2 both sides

m∠FGJ=37.5°
