55% is the answer and the reason why is because We have 20 and 11, and so every 1 of 20 is equal to 5%, so if you keep adding the percentage up until you stop at 11 for 20, your answer will give 55%. I found out that every 1 for 20, and I solved it by doing this, "5% x 20" which gives 1, and then once you solve "55% x 20," it gives 11 out of 20, meaning that 55% is your final answer.
