Weight 1 = 150 lb.
Weight 2= 450 lb.
Distance 1 = 15 ft
Distance 2 ?

So I got an answer of 11 1/4

but I have no idea if im even right and I took an answer from the book which is in the photo and can be used as an example. Help please?

Answer: distance 2 = 5 ft

Explanation:

weight₁ x distance₁ = weight₂ x distance₂

150 × 15 = 450 × d₂

2250 = 450d

5 = d₂
