4+(-3)-2*(-6)

Let us start from the left

2*(-6)= 2 times 6 , where we will have a negative sign on the result as + when multiplied by - gives - (negative)

2*(-6)=-12

4+(-3)-2*(-6) = 4+(-3)-(-12)

Now we open the bracket from the left. It the sign outside the bracket is negative the sign in the bracket will be changed

Hence

4+(-3)-(-12)= 4-3+12

Now -3 +12 we find the difference as the signs are opposite and then place the sign with the larger number

Hence -3+12=9

4-3+12=4+9 = 13
