John just signed up for a cell phone plan. His plan will cost him $0.20 per minute for data and he will also have to pay $45 a month for service the company does not bill partial minutes; Instead the company charges John for a whole minute even if the data wasn’t used for the entire minute if John uses his phone at most 100 minutes this month what is a reasonable range?

So first you need to determine how much the minutes will cost him at most. Multiply 100(.20) and you will get 20. Add 20+45 which is 65. A reasonable range is $65.
