Seven months ago I strained the muscle in my big toe. Recently, it's been cramping up randomly. I'm very concerned about it and I really need some info about it. Do I ice it or heat it? Should I go see a doctor? Etc... If anyone could provide me with any info on it or find any reliable resources for my to use, I would thank you SO MUCH.
