If x and y are inversely related then :

\bigstar\;\; \boxed{\mathsf{x \propto (1)/(y)}}

\bigstar\;\; \boxed{\mathsf{(x_1)/(x_2) = (y_2)/(y_1)}}

Given : x₁ = 5 and x₂ = 15 and y₁ = 2 and y₂ = y

Substituting the values, We get :

:\implies \mathsf{(5)/(15) = (y)/(2)}

:\implies \mathsf{(1)/(3) = (y)/(2)}

:\implies \mathsf{y = (2)/(3)}

:\implies y = 0.67

Answer : When x = 15
:\implies y = 0.67
