M = (2 , -3)

Explanation:

M = midpoint

M= ((x1+x2)/2) , ((y1+y2)/2)

we have:

(-3, -1) and (7, -5)

x1 = -3 y1 = -1

x2 = 7 y2= -5

M= ((-3+7)/2) , ((-1-5)/2)

M = (4/2) , (-6/2)

M = (2 , -3)
