Three things to check the reliability and validity of a science articles are:

i. Date of research - the date of research and publication is an important criteria to identify whether the article is reliable or not because on this basis a reader can check and sort whether the research has been carried out recently or not.

ii. Sources - Source of information or references is an important point to consider while checking the reliability of the science. iii. Author - Author's information should be there which proves the authenticity of the article.
