Who wrote the Texas constitution

The 1836 version was written by Sam Houston (he was running away from Santa Ana ~ this now eliminates 2 of the 4; I will guess that the U.S. Gov't did not write the Texas Constitution as this is a function of the citizens - if you are speaking of the 1876 version then stick with your first answer "the Texas citizens".

I'm not really sure about this but from what I know he was a principal author of the Texas Declaration of Independence.
