She put prizes in 92 out of 2500 bags. 92/200=0.46.
If 7 bags had candy out of a sample, there were 7/0.46=approximately 15.217 bags of candy in the sample. Or you can say approximately 15.

Answer:

190 bags.

Explanation:

Given,

Out of 2500 bags of candy there are 92 bags of candies with prizes,

So, the ratio of bags with prizes and the total bags =
(92)/(2500)

Let out of x bags of candies, there are 7 bags with prizes,

So, the ratio of bags with prizes and the total bags =
(7)/(x)

\implies (92)/(2500)=(7)/(x)

\implies 92x=17500

\implies x = 190.21739\approx 190
