jack sets up a security camera in his back yard to take automatic pictures every 15 minutes. If the first picture is taken at 10p.m., and jack shuts the camera off at 2 a.m., how many pictures will jack have ?

Answer: 17. But I'm not sure, if cout this problem like this it will be 17.

10p.m, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45, 11, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45, 12a.m., 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 1a.m., 1:15, 1:30, 1:45, 2a.m.

You can add all together and it's gonna be 17 pictures.

an hour is 60 minutes, 60 (an hour) divided by 15 (Everytime it takes a picture) is 4. 10 pm to 2 am is 4 hours, 4 times 4 is 16, 16 pictures.
