Explanation:

2j + 5 = 3 + 2j + 2

Combine numbers in the right side

2j + 5 = 2j + 5

Minus the smallest j from both side in this case u get rid of both j’s which mean -2j

5 = 5

Divide by 1 or -5

Which mean we get 5 = 5 or 0 = 0
