Sine is opposite over hypotenuse.

Cosine is adjacent over hypotenuse.

Tangent is opposite over adjacent.

So we are looking for cos(P).

So we want the side that is adjacent to P (touching P while also not being the hypotenuse). This side has measurement 21.

We also want the hypotenuse measurement which is 29.

So cos(P)=21/29.
