(A)/(S^2+9)+(B)/(\left ( S^2+9 \right )^2)

using partial fraction method

11= A
S^2+9A+B

on comparing A=0 and B=11

putting the value of A and B in function

F(s)=
(11)/(\left ( s^2+9 \right )^2)

now taking inverse laplace

f(t)=
11te^(-9t)
