it is 9 meters because 45÷360 is 0.125 and 0.125 as a fraction is 1/8. 72 ÷ 8 equals 9, therefore the answer is 9

Answer:

9 m²

Explanation:

The area (A) of a sector of a circle is

A = area of circle × fraction of circle

= 72 ×
(45)/(360)

= 72 ×
(1)/(8) = 9 m²
