Answer:

(c) 5x - 3y = 11

Explanation:

using slope intercept form

we know equation of line is

y= mx+c........(1)

where m is slope which can be written as
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

m=(-7-3)/(-2-4) =(-10)/(-6) =(5)/(3)

substituting value in equation (1)

y=(5)/(3) x+c

now inserting value of point (4,3)

3=(5)/(3)* 4+c

c=(-11)/(3)

y=(5)/(3) * x-(11)/(3)\\

on solving we get

5x - 3y = 11
