Bottling up your feelings can lead to aggressive behaviors/an unhealthy lifestyle. This is unhealthy because you might become a danger to yourself or others. For example, if you were in an argument you might hurt someone else or threaten yourself and them. Overall, it is healthy to let out your emotions.
