Hey There!

We'd distribute the negative sign first:

y + 7 = -x - 6

Now, we'd have to isolate the variable y by subtracting seven in both sides:

y = -x - 13

Replace y with f(x):

f(x) = -x - 13

Our answer would be
f(x) = -x - 13
