To answer all of your questions at once about Ningbo. Yes you could enjoy it. It would be easier if you know the native language. so you don't have a language barrier. and also to make sure to realize that your culture is probably very different. but if you like that kind of food, and really want to go there then it would be a good idea in my opinion
