This has to be it because the 1st one would have to be "I" not "me".

The 3rd one is defiantly not it cause that doesn't make any sense.

The 4th one could be like the 1st one, "I" instead of "me".

It should be “maybe he and I will go to Spain together” but that still seems a little iffy
