The difference between set A and set B is the inclusion of data from Thomas's uncle in B. Notice that his uncle has lived in many more places than the rest of the people in the data set. Because of this, the average (mean) of the data set will be greater in B because having an outlier from the rest of the data will shift the mean towards that outlier.
Answer: The mean of B is greater than the mean of A.
