The answer is A. Prokaryotes lack membrane bound organelles. Prokaryotic cells only have a cell membrane, cytoplasm, dna and ribosomes. Eukaryotic cells have a variety of membrane bound organelles such as mitochondria, the ER, nucleus, golgi apparatus etc.
