Let,

x be the missing number.

Sum of all numbers = 18+16+11+x+x+x

Sum of all numbers = 45+3x

(Sum\ of\ quantities)/(Number\ of\ quantites)


12=(45+3x)/(6)\\12*6 = 45+3x\\72=45+3x\\72-45=3x\\27=3x\\(3x)/(3)=(27)/(3)\\x=9
