Slope can be found between two points using the formula
(y_(2) - y_(1))/(x_(2) - x_(1)).

If we substitute in your points (which is x and which is y does not matter as long as it is consistent), we will get

((4-1))/((2-0)).

Simplifying this further, your slope will be

(3)/(2).

hope this helps!
