You have 5 separate piles of paper with equal amount of paper in each pile. The 1st pile is numbered 1. The 2nd pile is numbered 2. 3rd pile is #3. 4th pile is #4. 5th pile is #5.

If you were to mix up all of this paper, what is the probability that you would pick up an odd numbered piece of paper?

Answer:

60%

Explanation:

You first divide the amount you have (5) from 100. You end up with 20 and then you multiply 20 by the number of odd numbers (3) and you end up with 60%
