Solution :-

- 0.5 x - 5 < - 1.5

=> -0.5x < 3.5

[ multiplying inequality by ( - ) -ve sign changes the inequality ]

=> 0.5x > - 3.5

=> x > -7

Hence , -5 is the possible solution for the inequality because x is greater than -7 !

So , Lena is correct !!
