The conjugate base of any acid is the acid species after it loses a proton (H+) It can be represented as;

H3PO4→ H2PO4- + H+

or

H3PO4+ H2O → H2PO4- + H3O+

The conjugate base of the phosphoric acid is the dihydrogen phosphate anion; H2PO4-.
