CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!

The table shows the rainfall, in inches, in the month of July for the years 2006-2011

2006=4.5
2007=4.4
2008=4.1
2009=4.2
2010=3.9
2011=4.0

Alex used the graph below

A) in what way could this graph be misleading

B) how could you redraw the graph so that it is less misleading

a) the graph may be misleading because even though the rainfall is consistent the red line fatally drops at 2010 giving the impression that the rainfall is decreasing a lot

b put the numbers for the rainfall and the years closer together so the line doesn't look like it's crashing at a certain year, basically bring the graph to a better scale
