Let

z -----> the scale factor


z=(B'C')/(BC)=(C'D')/(CD)=(D'A')/(DA)=(A'B')/(AB)

substitute the values


z=(3)/(2)=(4.5)/(3)=(4.5)/(3)=(4.5)/(3)

therefore


z=1.5

The scale factor is 1.5
