From the possible outcomes, the even number are 2,4,6

Therefore the probability of the occurrence of an even number is:

1/2 probability shows that if a number cube is rolled 'n' times, (1/2)*n number of chances are it is an even number.

So the expectation of rolling an even number with 600 trials is:
