Solution:

It is given that,Quadrilateral M N OP is the result of a translation of quadrilateral A B CD .

Pre image =Quadrilateral " A B C D"

Image =Quadrilateral "M N OP"

When a geometrical shape is translated,the Preimage and image are congruent to each other.

Corresponding Sides are congruent , and corresponding Interior angles are Congruent.

→→When you will look at the "Preimage ",that is Quadrilateral "ABCD".

AB ║CD⇒⇒[Given]

→→When you will look at the "Image ",that is Quadrilateral "M N OP"

⇒≡Corresponding Segment of AB and CD are MN and OP, which are Parallel to each other.

⇒MN║OP

Quadrilateral MNOP is the result of a translation of quadrilateral ABCD . AB¯¯¯¯¯ is-example-1
