The length approximately is 62.36 meters tall.

Explanation:

In this figure DF is hypotenuse , DE is perpendicular and FE is base

So we will use TanQ = perpendicular where Q is theta which is 28 here,

Base,

TanQ= DE/ FE, here DE is 33

Tan (28) = 33/FE

0.53 = 33/FE

FE = 33/0.53

FE = 62.26

Building is 62.36 m tall
