I'll say,

B. Wolves do not share any common ancestors with humans and chimpanzees.

C.Humans likely share more common ancestors with chimpanzees than they do with wolves.

The reason is because is showing you position of the foramen magnum of the three different skulls of organisms.

Hope this helps.

Answer:

The correct statements would be first and third.

As all the three organisms have same structure foramen magnum for the entry of spinal cord nerves into the skull thus, they must share common ancestors.

Similarly, the position of this structure is similar in the skull of humans and chimpanzee due to which we can conclude that humans are more related to the chimpanzee as compared to the wolves.
